The Plans page in your account is the authority on what your own account can do. Limits can be adjusted per account, so if the manager shows you a different number from this page, the manager is right.

When you hit a limit

Azcarte tells you at the point you hit it rather than letting you build something it cannot save — Media limit reached for your plan, Featured products are not available on your current plan, Monthly limit reached. Resets on the 1st.

Assisted translation runs reset on the 1st of each month.

What happens if you downgrade

Nothing is deleted. When you move to a smaller plan, Azcarte switches off whatever is over the new cap, oldest last:

Over the capWhat happens
Extra published menusMoved back to Draft
Extra visible languagesSwitched to hidden — the translations are kept
Extra locationsDeactivated
Extra team membersDeactivated (the owner is always kept)
Extra photos and videosDeactivated and unset as cover
Upgrading again does not switch everything back on automatically. Two of them you can restore yourself: republish a menu with Publish menu on Home, and set a language back to Visible to guests in Manage languages. Locations, team members and product photos need us to reactivate them — message support and we will turn them back on.
If you are not sure which plan you need, start on Free and let the limits tell you. The usual reason to move to Standard is photos and building the menu from a printed one; the usual reason to move to Pro is a second location, unlimited languages, or the presentation website.
