Presentation website

The Pro presentation site — what each section does, how to reorder them, and how to publish.

Presentation website

On top of your digital menu, Pro includes a small presentation website for your venue — a proper page with your photos, your story, your hours and a link through to the live menu.

Open it from Home → Your website, or the Account tab.

The presentation website is a Pro feature. On Free and Standard the page is not available. It also has to be set up for your venue before you can edit it. If you see "Your website hasn't been set up yet. Contact us to get it started.", message support and we will provision it — see Getting help.

The sections

Your site is built from seven blocks. Each one can be shown or hidden, and moved up or down with Move up / Move down.

SectionWhat it holds
HeaderThe top of the page: Headline, Subheading, and an optional "view menu" button whose label you choose.
AboutA Title and free Text — who you are, what you cook.
Photo galleryYour images. Pro allows up to 12.
MenuLinks visitors straight to your live digital menu.
Opening hoursPulled automatically from your location's opening hours.
Location & mapYour address, from your location settings, with an optional map.
ContactDefaults to your location's phone and email; you can override both.

Hiding a section with Hidden leaves its content intact — it just stops rendering. Use it to park a gallery you have not finished curating.

Content that comes from elsewhere

Three sections read from your location settings rather than from this page:

  • Opening hours → Location settings
  • Location & map → your address
  • Contact → your phone and email (overridable here)

That is deliberate: your hours live in one place, so they cannot end up right on the menu and wrong on the website. To change them, edit Location settings and they update here.

Tap Add photo to upload, Remove to drop one. The page tells you your allowance: "You can add up to photos on your plan."

Use wide, well-lit shots of the room and the food. The gallery is the part visitors actually scroll.

Saving and publishing

  • Save changes stores your edits. Saving does not publish.
  • Published is the separate switch that puts the site live: "When on, your website is live for visitors."
  • View website opens it as visitors see it.
Build the whole page with Published off, check it with View website, and only then turn it on.
