Publish your first menu
When your account is new, the Home tab shows a Get started checklist. Working through it top to bottom gives you a menu guests can actually scan. Each step has a Go → button that drops you on the right screen.
Create a section
Open the Menu tab and tap Add section. Sections are the categories that group your dishes — Starters, Mains, Desserts, Wines.
Give it a name and tap Add section. You can rename it, add a description, or reorder it later from Edit section.
Add your first product
Open a section and tap Add product. On the Basic tab, fill in:
- Name — what guests see.
- Price — leave it empty if the dish only has variants (see Variants and add-ons).
- Short description — a brief tagline, shown under the name.
- Description — the longer text on the product page.
Tap Save product.
Add a photo
Photos are the whole point of a visual menu, so this step is worth the effort. In the product editor, tap Add photo and pick an image.
Uploads keep processing in the background — you can leave the page once the upload itself has finished. See Photos and videos for the gallery and cover image.
Get your QR code
Open the QR Code tab and tap New QR Code. Give it a Label (required) such as Front entrance, and optionally a Placement like Table 5.
Tap Add QR Code, then Download to get the SVG file for your printer.
Translate your menu
If your guests do not all speak your menu's original language, enable the languages you want from Manage languages, then fill them in — by hand or with assisted translation.
Publish your menu
Back on Home, tap Publish menu. The status flips from Draft to Published and your QR codes start showing the real thing.
When every step is ticked, the checklist is replaced by You're all set!
